会议销售岗位职责（4人）：

1. 熟练使用谷歌、搜狗等搜索引擎，快速搜集行业公司信息；

2. 快速掌握行业知识，了解产业链，锁定目标客户；

3. 通过电话和邮件与世界500强公司的中高层（决策者）直接沟通交流；

4. 完成全球各地会议目的地的出差任务，为国内外客户提供周全的现场服务；

5. 与项目开发团队紧密合作；

6. 完成其它交代的任务。

岗位要求：

1. 英语专业四级或公共6级及以上，口语流利者优先；

2. 优秀的快速学习和行业分析能力；

3. 优秀的中英文书写及交流能力；

4. 熟练运用办公软件；

5. 优秀的团队协作能力；

6. 接受适当的倒时差，全球会议目的地出差；

7. 优秀的抗压能力和时间管理能力；

Key responsibilities:

1. Quick data collection of industry companies by search engine like: Google, LinkedIn ;

2. Communication with high level executives (decision makers) worldwide via phone and email;

3. Customer coordinating and maintaining ;

4. collaborate closely with the project producer;

5. Carry out on-site service for delegates at home and abroad ;

6. Any other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Requirements:

1. TEM-4, CET6or above

2. Earnest, responsible and quick learner;

3. Fluent oral and written English;

4. Familiar with PPT, Word, Excel and other office software;

5. Strong Time Management Skill, able to work under pressure;

6. Effective team player;

7. Able to Travel long distance(Hong Kong, Europe, Singapore, Dubai);

8. Fresh graduate is preferred.

2 收集相关市场和行业信息；

3 与销售团队紧密配合并提供辅助；

4 辅助完成会议资料的整理；

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and invite target speakers/attendees with the guidance of the supervisor;

2. Collect relevant market and industry information;

3. Work together closely with the project sales team;

4. Assist the summit documents and files preparations;

5. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
